I am getting lots of full BSOD Crashes and it all started after migrating from Windows 7 Pro x64 to Windows 10 Pro x64 (v1903)

This morning I BSOD'd by just using my browser, but it also happens with gaming, VR, using Photoshop, watching videos, listening to music and sometimes even when idling at the desktop. I made sure my PC isn't overclocked in BIOS, and my GPU isn't overclocked, I even reset BIOS to defaults and set it back up again, and no dice, constant BSOD crashes continue like clockwork and are slowly becoming more frequent. I can't flash my BIOS as every time I use EZYFLASH in BIOS my PC Hard-Freezes so my ASUS Z97k Motherboard is on the stock BIOS version. I don't want to try to flash outside of BIOS as I don't want to risk bricking my motherboard. I have a full liquid-cooled system (CPU Cooled by Corsair H115i liquid cooler w/280mm radiator and 2x fans) and my GPU is a Gigabyte Xtreme Gaming GTX1080 Waterforce (1220mm radiator w/ 1x fan), so overheating isn't the issue.

I also went into device manager and tried to update all my drivers and keet being told I was already on the best drivers.

I opened the 3Gb MEMORY.DMP today and like all the other DMP files, it says the error code is always 0xc00000124. I will include my MEMORY.DMP and DXDIAG.TXT files in this thread as OneDrive links so people from Microsoft can analyze the data and hopefully let me know what it says so I can determine my next course of action, wither to do a clean install of the OS (difficult to do as I updated from Windows 7 so I have no Win10 DVD or ISO, and can't find any W10 ISO on any official MS site), or whether I need a new CPU (which would also require a new motherboard and RAM).

Can a Microsoft representative please reply with a non-automated reply? I use this PC for more than gaming, I am also a modder known as HOOVER1979 and can't make the textures for my UltraHD Doom Texture pack if my PC is BSOD'ing when I use Photoshop. This has put my project I have been working hard on since 2016 on hold, frustrating both myself and the fans of my project.
