Console Window Host using cpu

my cpu is continously running at 80-90% usage due to window console host. when laptop is restarted there is no issue, but when used longer this issue arises. this result in intense frame drop in fortnite as network issue occurs in game. this issue has occured before twice as well, but this has become persistent. please provide me solution to this problem.
