Consistently getting BSOD's IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL with ntoskrnl.exe failing.

Hello. For the past 6 months or so my computer has been crashing with the error "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" with "ntoskrnl.exe" as the reason. That, along with multiple other errors such as "KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED" as well. The computer is bought second hand from a seller who built it 2-3 years prior. At first, there were no issues. The computer worked fine. I then decided to upgrade my RAM from 2x8gb to 4x8gb sticks. A couple months later I got my first "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" error.
