Hey all, so I recently bought a new HP Envy x360 with a Ryzen 7 4700u processor with 16GB of ram and 512 SSD. The laptop itself is amazing for browsing the web however when it comes to running important programs, it seems to fail. I have tried every method in regards to lowering ping such as updating drivers and windows. For some more context, my old 2015 hp spectre never had any of these issues when running on the same internet connection and so I suspect that it is not an WiFi issue but rather a system issue.
