Consistent errors across windows intstalls

I have recently replaced several components after seeing similar errors. The only parts I haven't touched are the PSU and the GPU. At the moment I am seeing consistent 1000 errors in event viewer from various file paths including NVidia, Windows Defender, and with cortana. There have also been a few errors in relation to a logitech mouse driver not being accessable by COM.So far these issues have caused several BSOD errors including system thread handler exceptions suggesting ram but even after replacement I am still seeing some of these issues.
