Consant BSODs, msgpioclx.sys causing crashes

I have been having constant crashes for months with at least a dozen different error messages, most common ones are IRQL not less or equal, Kernel auto boost invalid lock release with raised irql, kernel security check failure and system service exception. It also shows a random process as being the culprit ex: firefox.exe, steam.exe, spotify.exe, etc. it sometimes just says System.I have run driver verifier and and noticed it always crashed for amdgpio3.sys version 3.0.3.0000 so i installed an older version 2.0.1.0000 and it doesn't cause BSODs anymore.
