Connexion at Outlook startup

Hi,

With Office 365 Pro PLus, at the first Outlook start there is a Window showing the email address with a connexion button the another window saying configuration complete with an OK button.

Once Inside Outlook there is a window saying connect to configure Office then and Activate office and at then a the end a office preparation.

This a lot of window. How removing them to simplify the first time use for our users?
