Connection Through Router to USB DISK

[Windows 11]

Presumably after some windows 11 updates, I cannot NOW get 3 of my computers to continue to get access to a USB Disk through my router. All things such as enabling SMB 1.0 etc have been checked. Have you any ideas about how I can get back things as they were.From the net I can see I am not the only one.Oh and why do you people do it. Since Windows 2000 it has only gone down hill.
