Connecting with my other computers on myEthernet network

[Windows 10]

This a request for instructions on how to do this easily.My network has three desktop Dell PCs of a certain age but with the latest Windows 10 and a similarly old HP laptop with Windows11. All connect to the Internet fine through this network.I have trouble "seeing" the other computers form mine but sometimes I can see part of their disks. I want to be able to see amd move files/folders between them. I have tried various things as I understood them and it never works permanently or at all...Is there a straightforward way of doing this?Thankyou,peter
