Connecting Wireless earbuds to a PC, only appearing as "connected music", not as "voice"

Hello,I am trying to connect Soundpeats Air 5 earphones with my Windows 10 laptop (Dell Latitude 5450), but when I pair them with the laptop they are only shown as "connected music", not "voice", and their microphone is not recognized - can listen to music, but not take calls with them. On my android phone it works properly (both the media playback and calls). Tried different things:-remove connection, uninstall device, pair again,-open device manager for bluetooth, uninstall the corresponding devices, restart, install again,-run windows troubleshooter for bluetooth,-reset the phones and
