Connecting to local computer from internet

Hi,I have setup a home network with a main router (has a global IP address), repeater and several Win10/Win11 computers/notebooks connected to them via cable or Wi-Fi using static local IP addresses only, which i assigned in the main router settings. File sharing within my home network works fine by using Workgroup. But I want to access a particular computer from outside of my local home network for file downloads. Any clues on how to properly target that specific computer would be highly appreciated. Thanks for your advice * Changed to a question
