Connected to WiFi but internet not working

So it's been now 8 days that my laptop internet hasn't been able to work.So 8 days ago, I tried to connect to my WiFi, it worked but there was no internet connectionBesides that, every other device in my house were working with the same WiFi but not for my laptop.Even using another WiFi isn't working.I tried to troubleshoot : it didn't workI tried to flush DNS and all that : it didn't workI even tried to reset my WiFi: it didn't workEven though it is showed that my WiFi is connected and secured there is absolutely no internet.And this issue has been the same since 8 daysMy pc is a Lenovo P50 3
