Connected to a VPN and now my pc isnt working

so i had trouble getting into a game so i used a vpn to fix it but when i turned it off none of my apps are working this includes discord, spotify even youtube i tried restarting my pc and it didn't work, ive tried deleting all the files and app for the vpn and it didn't work and ive tried reconnecting to my wifi but im still not able to connect to any of my apps and i think my IP is still changed somehow but idk whats wrong edit: My spotify works now but my discord for example still doesnt even load me in
