Confused in Drive partition

I have SSD and HDD the laptop shop guy installed windows 10 and made 2 partition on both drive. C, D, E, F drive. now my windows 10 is corrupt due time virus now I have to install it again by myself. Can anyone tell me please which one is c drive in partition drive 0, drive 1, drive 2, unallocated space???
