Good morning, I am attempting to resolve an issue with a SSL handshake between a 3rd-party virtual gateway appliance and our production SharePoint 2013 servers. After doing a packet capture between the two endpoints Tech support for the appliance vendor have identified the issue as an incomplete certificate chain being returned from SharePoint during the SSL handshake process. As a result the connection is not created and the content we're looking to surface to our company iPhones is not being delivered.
