Computer's fully broken and can't reset it, how do I fix this?

So, a few months ago I tried uninstalling League of Legends from my computer when one of the files in it caused my computer to blue screen, I have not been able to fix this issue and can not remember the password for the account as I have been using a PIN so I can't do most of the advanced options in automatic repair, how do I fix this?
