Computer won't restart after Windows 11 update

I downloaded the Windows 11 update 24H2. When I tried restarting my computer I just get the black screen with the hp logo and the spinning circle. I tried the suggestions I found to fix it, but when I shut down computer 3 times as it said, it never comes to a recovery screen to go in and uninstall the update, it just keeps spinning. I've tried that procedure many times, but I can't get to any other screen. How can I get into a screen to fix this?
