Computer won't restart after BSOD screen error

Hello,I'm using Windows 10 which is updated and worked extremely fine and fast. But when I turn on my desktop PC, the BSOD appears even before the windows loading screen with the windows logo. Then in the BS, the analysis completed 100% and PC began to restart automatically. But it didn't restart as usual. After restart began the monitor, the keyboard and the mouse do not receiving any signal. But the power passes to them. I checked those 3 devices with an another PC and they are working fine. The M/B, VGA, RAMs, and fans also working fine. I'm unable to check or do anything due to the monitor
