computer won't connect to wifi or usb hotspot from any mobile device

Hi, When I am trying to connect my computer to the internet from a Wifi or USB hotspot from a mobile device, the computer detects the connection but after entering the password and waiting around 15 seconds, the computer indicates "no internet". The hotspot from my phone works perfectly on another computer, so the problem isn't coming from my phone. I have tried to use another phone to connect to the internet with hotspot, but my computer still does the same : it connects to the hotspot but indicates "no internet". I have tried the troubleshooting tips on this page, I have also updated my Wifi
