Computer won't boot to Windows unless in Safe Mode after getting BSOD.

I got a BSOD, my computer restarted automatically and won't boot to Windows unless I boot in safe mode(with and without networking). The BSOD stop code was VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR.Troubleshooting I've tried:I have updated my BIOS firmware successfully.I tried to updated my graphics card drivers, but the NVIDIA installer can't run unless Windows Task Scheduler service is running, which won't run in safe mode. So no luck there.I have tried looking for Windows updates, but in the Update & Security section in settings, it says "Something went wrong. Try to reopen Settings later." I have
