Computer won't boot past loading screen

I haven't had any problems at all with my PC failing to start since yesterday. It had been off for maybe 4 or 5 hours and when I went to start it up again, I was stuck on the Gigabyte loading screen. Couldn't get to the bios, couldn't get past that screen, and the lights on my mouse/keyboard went off, which doesn't usually happen. After looking up guides, I've tried unplugging peripherals (except 1 monitor and my keyboard), as well as taking out the CR2032 battery and putting it back in again, although I didn't start the computer between taking it out and putting it back in.
