Computer wont boot. Just black screen. doesnt respond to f2 or f12

Hello, I have a Dell Precision 5810. I shut down my computer with windows update and lost power in the middle of the shutdown. Tried to turn back on and its just a black screen. Tried to search and trouble shoot a bit. removed power, resarted nothing. opened up case and removed bios battery tried to start back up and nothing. was going to try a clean windows install but when I turn on the computer it wont go to f2 or f12. I put in my old hard drive and that works so its my SSD. Im at a loss. What would be my next steps?
