Computer wakes from sleep after a few seconds and switches itself back on when shut down from Windows, but not Linux

In Windows 11, machine with a 5950X and Asus Proart X570 motherboard,1. If put to sleep, it wakes up after a few seconds. powercfg /lastwake says it's the power button.2. If shut down from Windows, it switches back on by itself after a few seconds.3. The machine boots into Linux by default. When shut down from Linux, it stays off.Any idea what could be causing this?
