Computer stuck on automatic repair screen

[Windows 11]

I have a 2021 dell inspiron 14 and it currently is on a blue screen that says "automatic repair" and "your pc did not start correctly". It gives me two button options: restart, or advanced options. When I restart, it loads for a while and then just goes back to the same screen. Does anybody know how to fix this? note: this computer has had problems charging before but they usually fix.
