Computer stuck in boot loop trying to update

My pc was left alone on the home screen and turned off automatically as I wasn't using it at all, when I tried to turn it back on around 20 minutes later I was stuck in a boot loop that would get to the spinning circle, then would show a tab called winpeshL.exe for a 10th of a second then show an update screen for similar amount of time that said "woking on updates 0% please keep your computer plugged in and turned on" and "your computer may need to restart a few times" after this it turns off and repeats the cycle. I can access bios but as soon as I click save and exit on any changes it turns
