Computer stops Here

My computer stops at this

I've tried all options to no avail.No even safe mode,any other way I can log

If you can't boot into safe mode

to do a system restore

you may have to put in your cd and restore your os :(

How long have you let it try to get into safe mode?

How long have you let it try to get into safe mode?at least 20 minutes



Tried a Repair/In-Place upgrade installation?System just installed

Windows XP ____pro__ Edition with Service Pack _3 - _32_-bit

(sorry about my first reply ,my 10 year old had to use my laptop)
