Computer still locked despite using bit lock recovery key

[Windows 11]

Bed lock suddenly shut off my access to the computer.Despite using the 48 digit recovery key, I could not open the computer.Other options to open the computer or equally unsuccessful.I’m looking for a solution to regain access to my computer as I don’t know why this happened in the first place
