Computer screen startup is black screen with a blue loading circle

[Windows 10]

Turned on my computer this morning to a black screen with a spinning blue wheel, but there are no updates scheduled and nothing is updating. It won't let me move from this screen, what do I do now? I tried to log in as an administrator, but it isn't recognizing my password (of which I never set) so there is that as well
