Computer "Preparing Automatic Repair" Screen

My computer is stuck in "Preparing Automatic Repair" Screen and it does not change from that ... Its been 2 hours and still only that screen shows up on startup no matter how many times i restart it. The screen does not proceed to the bluescreen repair screen no matter how long i wait... Plz help...Specs Windows 10,Intel i7, 8gb.... Recently repaired(1 week ago) and was working just fine until today
