Computer PIN reset

I forgot my pin on my laptop (windows 11) and it won't let me in. It's saying my password for the email I have set up to this computer is wrong to. I'm stressed and upset and have class in the morning and can't deal with an issue like this right now. All because it couldn't recognize my finger right away??? I've tried everything and just want to talk to a person but the "contact support" button just takes me to more useless links that don't help my issue at all. I'm logged in here so obviously that's the right password but it won't work on my laptop!
