Computer not showing internet

I recently got an Alienware/Dell pc yesterday and it set up perfectly fine with no issues. However, this morning I woke up and it said that I had to set up my PIN again. It is most likely because of an update it had to do before I went to sleep, but I can’t be certain. Regardless, I could easily change the PIN if not for the fact that my only internet connection option on the bottom right hand corner is airplane mode! So far I have tried airplane mode to no avail, as well as unplugging my WiFi adapter and plugging it back in which also didn’t work. I’m stumped! Why isn’t it giving me the abili
