Computer Locked out from Child Account

My Computer was somehow assigned (by microsoft) to my child when I created her account. I cannot 'manage' her account, because it locks me out of my own computer, which I use to manage the account, I need to remove the child account from my computer, then remove her account from family, but how?I don't have nor want a microsoft account on this computer, I cannot reinstall windows as I will lose far too much data and time,
