Computer keeps shutting down after March 2025 Windows update

There were 3 critical windows updates that needed to be installed. Each time I tried installing, the download would freeze at like 6%, then the computer kept shutting off while trying to install them. I finally got 2 installed, but now it just keeps shutting off before the 3rd can finish downloading and then when I reboot it starts over downloading and shuts off again. It's a 4 year old lenovo yoga laptop, and it's worked great until this windows update.
