computer keeps randomly restarting and i am not sure why

pc is a ryzen 9 7950x3d,asus x670e-e boardradeon rx 7900xt32gb ram.Whether i am simply watching youtube videos, or playing a game my pc will actually just turn off, then restart, and i have no idea what causes itanything would help.have tried looking around in event viewer for any information but im not really sure what im looking at looking at another post on here said to look for event id 41 and i seem to have found a few of those, but as i said, dont know what to do from here
