Computer keeps crashing while playing games.

Hello! Since yesterday my computer keeps crashing while playing games and the only way to restart it is by shutting the power completely off. Nothing is working I have tried turning secure boot off, Ive done 5 different cmd promts, Ive updated every single driver, Ive installed whocrahed and it showed nothing and my temperatures are always normal before the crash please help me!
