Computer keeps crashing + blue screen of death

I updated my computer on October 15, and since then my computer has been getting blue screens of death or crashing (the screen is frozen and the arrow doesn't move either).Windows Reliability shows "Controls the DTS audio processing object - Stopped working" right before "Windows - Shut down unexpectedly."When I get a Blue Screen of Death, the code says DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATIONHow can I fix this? Thank you!
