Computer keeps booting up to the windows 11 set up

Hey, so I have a Corsair One i160 and I recently installed a new 2.5 SSD SATA because my previous HDD was fried. I installed the new SSD and got my bootable USB. After switching the BIOS to start with from the USB with windows 11 installed on it and went through the prompts of installing windows 11. After it finishes the processes, the computer then shuts off and starts and then brings me back to the same screen to install windows 11 all over again. I’ve done this about 3 times now.
