Computer Is crashing without any blue screen error (windows 10)

My computer has been crashing at least once a day with no blue screen for the past few weeks and I haven't been able to find a solution. My computers only 1 year old and I built It myself, It has a 6700xt, 5600, b550m motherboard, and 750w 80+ gold power supply.
