Computer is crashing playing certain video games, will be fine one day, and non-stop crashing the next?

So, a friend and I have been having issues with games on a semi-shared computer, Certain games (Dredge, Monster Hunter Wilds), run fine, but others, (FFXIV, Warframe, Minecraft) seem to crash the computer. It is not making dump files, oddly enough, but we did manage to force it to make some minidumps. Initially the issue seemed to be tied to a program called Bluestacks, which we uninstalled, and then due to illness in the household, didn't really use the computer for a couple days, though it ran fine for the day and a bit that we did run it after uninstalling bluestacks.
