Computer has rebooted from a bugcheck 1001 - Help

This is on a fresh install of windows 10. I experienced the same issues on a fresh install of windows 11 as well. \The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0xffffa70f6b1d6050, 0xfffff8028a681218, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP.
