Computer freezing out out of nowhere

Hi, I've recently been having this error where my Windows 10 computer will freeze out of nowhere, and each time that happens, there is a chance that I will get a DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION. This has never happened before today and I have no clue how this could've arisen. The bug check from the reliability monitor the last time it BSODed is 0x00000133 (0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000001e00, 0xfffff805712fb320, 0x0000000000000000). I've attached the minidump at 021625-7578-01.zip but otherwise I'm out of ideas.Many thanks
