Computer Freezing Constantly

So I've already asked a similar question about this in the past. My computer over the last 6 months has been freezing constantly, and it typically happens when I leave the computer unattended. Over these last 6 months I've troubleshooted as much as I can think of. At first I thought that it could be Wallpaper Engine causing the freezing, but I debunked it after it froze within an hour of ending every task associated with the app. Then last month I made a form here and got a response.
