Computer freezing and restarting

HiMy computer has been freezing and restarting every now and again for a while up until recently, where it has begun to happen much more often, in hour intervals and even now if 5-10 minute intervals. I have updated drivers, air dusted hardware and am currently awaiting a new power supply. However I have seen some similar posts and people talking about looking in the event viewer for error messages, I have found the messages but am unable to decipher what they mean. Hoping someone can help.Cheers.
