Computer freezing and needing hard restart every time

Hi, i generally do not post questions on here, but this time i really don't know what to do.My computer keeps randomly freezing at apparently random times. Everything on the screen freezes, sometimes the audio glitches and goes into a static, and there is no reaction from anything (even the small light for on the Lock Caps button, unresponsive). Some times, after a while it shows a BSOD with the error message CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT, while other times it just stays frozen and I have to hold the power button to restart it.
