Computer Freezes and The Audio Buzzes Mostly When Recording in Games

My computer started freezing on the 23rd of December, it would freeze randomly when I would watch YouTube videos but mostly in games. It stopped for a few days and returned, now it mostly stopped doing that and now mostly does it when I record on OBS in a game and the output is a certain drive, sometimes it just does it randomly despite recording on a different drive. I've checked all the drivers and everything is up to date, I checked for viruses using multiple different antivirus software and nothing showed up, I've dusted my PC, and reseated the RAM, and that didn't work.
