Computer Freezes and Audio Buzzes for a Few Seconds Every so Often, could my NVME drive or Windows be the cause of this?

My computer has been freezing and buzzing for a while, it stopped freezing and buzzing for a long time after I replaced the graphics card and motherboard, but it has returned today after a grey screen on start up. This morning my computer had issues booting up, where when the homescreen should've appeared it was blank and grey, however, the mouse still could be seen when I moved it. I left it alone to do something else and the homescreen appeared. After a while, the buzzing came back and was far more intense than last time.
