Hi so basically my computer is just not booting so I decided to have a fresh install of windows put. The only problem is it gives me "There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made. Not much I can do as I cannot boot into windows and troubleshooting does not work. Would appreciate any help anyone can provide to help me fix this issue.
