Computer Crashes when playing games?

The computer keeps crashing while playing games such as Final Fantasy XIV or Warframe, but not when we run a Benchmark test. It's not overheating, and we checked for system error logs in the windows logs. When it crashes, we get a blue screen for a split second that says CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED, which isn't very helpful in diagnosing which process it is. We did a system scan, which found nothing. There were some odd dips in the CPU while we did the benchmark. We ran DXDiag, no problems were found. Went a couple days without a crash, but now it's crashing every time we try to play games.
