Computer crashes a few seconds after posting

A few weeks ago my PC started to get a weird Blue screen crash where it shows the Windows error blue screen but it's VERY distorted as if it's overlayed on top of itself in different variations, then after 1 second the computer restarts and works fine. This crash only occurs right after startup, almost every-other time I startup my computer. I updated Windows, my BIOS, my SSD firmware, my GPU driver, my CPU driver (through MSI driver utility), did a scannow and chkdsk command twice and on the second time it showed no corrupted/missing files.
