Computer completely crashed

Hi, my computer is running on windows 11 and for some reason my computer has completely stopped working.When turning my computer on since Saturday the 12th, the display screened that my user profile was lost and when finally being able to log in, i have lost everything on the desktop bar. When trying to access settings to do a complete reset, the app keeps closing and crashing. I have lost everything on my computer and i'm not sure what to do anymore. there is no way to be able to restart my computer at the beginning.
